Role Description This course explores how reflection can drive meaningful learning from experience as it relates specifically to education-related careers. Students will engage in direct experiences in K-12 classroom settings and use an observational framework to analyze classroom practices. Through reflection, critical analysis and synthesis, students will become more self-aware and lay a solid foundation for successful transition into education-related professions. Course delivery is a combination of online modules and observational experiences in education environments. As an online course, the content and syllabus has already been created for the course.
