Speaker Bureau Manager

Lumanity

• Overseeing and supporting all aspects of speaker bureau programs • Provide support to assigned clients as needed and requested including providing reports and creating presentations for data • Review speaker expenses and honoraria submissions, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments through accounting • Oversee program coordinator communications, addressing compliance or program-related issues promptly • Support program coordinators with daily tasks and ensure smooth program operations • Review and confirm all contracts are populated accurately with approved Fair Market Value (FMV) rates and reflect any updated honorarium and expense guidelines for speaker contracting • Prepare agendas, lead calls, and provide recaps for all weekly client status meetings • Complete bi-monthly revenue recognition for all active programs • Conduct monthly reconciliations for all speaker bureau programs, verifying financial and contract accuracy • Update aggregate spend records in the system or spreadsheets • Generate and review monthly reports for client and internal review • Additional ongoing/as needed tasks

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing or coordinating speaker bureau programs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in contract management, and ability to manage multiple programs and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with program management and compliance tracking software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
