Learning Operations Specialist I

Teladoc Health

• Supports administration and maintenance of Clinical Education and Corporate Compliance learning programs, curricula, assignments and reporting with the Learning Management System (LMS) • Coordinates learning activities and supports development, updates, testing, and deployment of training materials and e-learning content • Maintains learner records, reporting, scorecards, and completion tracking to support compliance and operational reporting needs. • Manages and monitors team intake and support requests through the ticketing system, providing tier 1 support and escalating issues as appropriate • Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to support learning initiatives, curriculum updates, and evolving business requirements. • Assists with identifying process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities within learning systems and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development operations, LMS administration, compliance training support, training coordination, or related field.
  • Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS); Brainshark experience preferred.
  • Experience maintaining learning records, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, or completion tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
