Role Description Do you have the expertise to design, build, and lead Oracle integrations for large-scale ERP transformation programs? We are seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Consultant to support a major Oracle ERP implementation initiative. This role combines hands-on integration development with technical leadership responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion and related platforms. You will work closely with architects, functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders to design, implement, test, and optimize integrations while ensuring adherence to integration best practices, security standards, and project delivery goals. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Deliver end-to-end integrations from solution design through deployment and go-live - Define and implement integration patterns, architecture, and security best practices - Build integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and external systems - Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization - Produce clear technical documentation and implementation guidelines - Support testing activities, including SIT and QA - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle - Contribute to integration governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives - Provide technical guidance and support to project stakeholders and team members Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as an Integration Developer and/or Integration Lead on large-scale Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS ERP implementation projects - Proven experience delivering integrations throughout the full project lifecycle, from design to go-live - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Experience with end-to-end integration design, development, and implementation - Deep understanding of OIC architecture, integration patterns, and integration security - Experience working on Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs - Experience with integration monitoring, error handling, and OIC best practices - Strong technical documentation skills and experience producing implementation documentation - Fluent written and spoken English - CV must be submitted in English Requirements - Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, and/or CX) - Experience with Oracle PaaS custom solutions - Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control - Experience supporting SIT and QA testing activities - Experience leading integration workstreams or teams - Experience working in large, international ERP transformation programs Company Description Sperton is a global recruitment and consulting company with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
