This role is focused on execution rather than strategy. - Work closely with the SEO Lead to ensure all SEO deliverables are implemented accurately and on time across multiple client accounts. - Manage on-page SEO, technical QA, Google Business Profile management, content publishing checks, backlink tracking, and maintain high quality standards across every account. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive in identifying issues, and enjoys ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Qualifications - An experienced SEO professional with 3+ years of hands-on expertise across local, on-page, and technical SEO. - Strong understanding of execution and quality assurance. - A detail-oriented operator who takes ownership of their work and follows processes consistently. - A technically capable problem solver comfortable with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, backlink management, Google Business Profiles, and common SEO platforms and tools. - A proactive communicator who identifies issues early and provides updates without being prompted. - A highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards across accounts. - A hands-on contributor who enjoys execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Role Description The Law Clerk III Senior Office of Support Operations shall provide support to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of Support Operations (OSO). The Office of Support Operations offers a variety of programs to manage the agency’s facilities and assets. OSO is responsible for the processing of requests under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts, the management of all agency records in accordance with the Federal Records Act, maintaining the security and safety of all SEC facilities, as well as property and equipment management and overall building operations. - Independently analyze and apply FOIA provisions and make disclosure recommendations (law enforcement and sensitive). - Redact exempt content/information in accordance with FOIA, 5 U.S.C. §552/all other applicable FOIA policy and guidance. - Apply appropriate FOIA exemptions to redacted material. - Determine which records require referral and/or consultation with other external agencies and internal SEC components. - Review program records for responsiveness and make releasability determinations. - Prepare records for release, including the redaction of materials to be withheld, and duplicate materials, as necessary. - Ensure released materials do not contain information exempted under the applicable statutes or other non-releasable information. - Maintain cases and case files following established procedures and timelines. - Abide by all SEC applicable regulations, publications, manuals, and local policies and procedures. - Adhere to the Freedom of Information Act 5 U.S.C. §552, as amended, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. §552a, as amended. - Other duties as assigned.
