Role Description The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand growth by helping to develop the brand vision and direction, shaping consumer engagement strategies, building product innovation roadmaps and go to market strategies. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and execute against brand operating plans serving as an effective steward of the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals. - Lead commercialization of innovation projects, partnering with cross functional teams to build best-in-class products with launch plans that ensure in-market success. - Assist in portfolio performance optimization and management of product assortment to maximize profit. - Utilize design thinking to put customers first, merchandising products for the retail and digital shelf. - Own artwork and visual design projects from inception to print. - Partner with consumer insights to design and implement studies to inform brand and innovation priorities. - Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retailers, digital platforms and in person activations that drive results and create exponential returns. - Partner with organic social content team to create best-in-class brand content. - Manage the budget, process POs, and be a steward of brand finances. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management with proven success driving complex projects forward. - Experience building collaborative partnerships across all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners to get things done in a complex system, with powerful sense of ownership and accountability. - Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, balanced with an ability to prioritize issues and propose solutions to new and complex situations. - Understanding the concepts of full product development and innovation philosophy and able to keep the consumer first mindset in developing brand strategies. - Experience with IRI, Nielsen and Syndicated Retailer Data ideal. - Effective communication skills and comfortable with PPT. Role Description Associate Brand Manager for $400MM dietary supplement business. Specific responsibility for initiative execution, business performance analysis and budget management. Supports the development of the annual marketing plan, implementation of consumer and customer promotional programs. Coordinates the implementation process with other departments to ensure successful delivery of sales communications, on package messaging and new item launches. Identifies and leads brand growth initiatives across all facets of the brand.
