• Lead the identity development and storytelling behind our brands, with a primary focus on our flagship brand, moonbowls. • Ensure the consistency of our brand messaging and value proposition across all customer touchpoints. • Work closely with the CEO and R&D team to guide our culinary roadmap from a brand and market opportunity perspective. • Own the post-purchase customer journey to maximize order frequency and customer lifetime value. • Spearhead retention strategies, digital loyalty initiatives, and occasion-based campaigns that drive repeat ordering behavior and brand stickiness. • Develop and manage a holistic strategy for introducing our brands into new markets, including social media and community outreach. • Develop high ROI opportunities to collaborate with digital influencers and build community engagement. • Direct the editorial strategy across all brand channels, creating a cohesive narrative that boosts community interaction and achieves sales targets. • Oversee the external brand communications strategy, shaping public perception with general and targeted media outlets. • Partner directly with the CEO on high-level strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives.

Role Description Associate Brand Manager for $400MM dietary supplement business. Specific responsibility for initiative execution, business performance analysis and budget management. Supports the development of the annual marketing plan, implementation of consumer and customer promotional programs. Coordinates the implementation process with other departments to ensure successful delivery of sales communications, on package messaging and new item launches. Identifies and leads brand growth initiatives across all facets of the brand. What You'll Do - Marketing Plans & Strategy: - Works with Brand Management team to analyze performance of brand and competitors. - Assists in development of marketing planning and brand strategy to achieve annual sales and profit objectives. - Assist in the development of the Market Business Strategy and Integrated Commercial Planning. - Prepares for monthly Pre Commercial Review meetings with broader teams. - Marketing Plan Implementation: - Coordinate the development and implementation of advertising and promotional tactics (including but not limited to: shopper activations, consumer promotions, and social/digital creative). - Provide support to the sales organization with regard to marketing initiatives. - Assist in the execution of customer marketing initiatives and new product launches. - Assist with digital, coupons and other marketing executions. - Business Management: - Manage quantitative and qualitative assessment of platform product performance (IRI reporting, weekly consumption, etc). - Utilize tracking tools including scanning and panel data to identify, analyze and interpret market/channel conditions. - Identify and utilize secondary data sources where appropriate to evaluate industry trends, competitive situations, customer feedback and marketing requirements. - Lead and launch pack and flavor extensions, including other products as necessary.
