Elevate Global
• Lead high-level client strategy while driving flawless execution across a large-scale project. • Oversee key client partnerships at the executive level. • Manage account strategy, financial oversight, and relationship management. • Collaborate with Project Directors, Regional Project Managers, Staffing, HR, and Finance. • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization. • Ensure KPIs, service level agreements, and contractual commitments are met or exceeded.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in account management, client services leadership, experiential marketing, or large-scale staffing operations.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships and executive stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and margin performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing account teams or cross-functional program teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with operational execution.
- Strong escalation management and risk mitigation experience.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools, staffing systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Serve as the bridge between marketing campaigns, inbound demand, and field execution. • Execute targeted outbound and inbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads and early-stage opportunities. • Research, map, and expand a robust pipeline of accounts, contacts, and qualified opportunities. • Qualify opportunities: Assess customer needs, timelines, budgets, and decision processes. • Partner with local sales/service teams and PacBio services providers to win projects. • Work closely with Territory Account Managers and Regional Sales Directors to ensure seamless hand-off. • Utilize CRM and marketing-automation tools to track activity and monitor pipeline health. • Feed real-time intelligence on market trends, competitive positioning, and customer pain points back to Marketing and Field Sales.
• Responsible for achieving annual sales quota and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements. • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals. • Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NiCE CXone Mpower's strengths and can be implemented successfully. • Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing relationships and analyzing customer’s business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities due to technological advances. • Develop and maintain high-level relations with ‘C’ levels. • Initiate, support, develop and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and the customer.
