Role Description We are looking for bright, curious, and driven graduates from the 2026 and 2027 batch to join our fast-growing Engineering teams at Stadium as Developers and QA Engineers. As a fresher joining our Web Development or QA teams, you will work on real, globally used products, learn from experienced engineers, and grow in an environment that values ownership, clarity, and craftsmanship. You will be responsible for: - Learning system architecture, workflows, and coding standards with guidance from senior engineers. - Contributing to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation tracks. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. - Collaborating with Product, Design, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features. - Participating in stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions. - Strengthening fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts. - Gaining hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, code reviews, and Agile practices. - (For QA roles) Learning manual testing, automation frameworks, and quality best practices. - Taking feedback positively and continuously improving technical and communication skills. - Proactively learning new tools, frameworks, and product areas. Qualifications - Any Graduate or Postgraduate from the 2026 or 2027 batch. - Minimum 85% marks in both 10th and 12th standard. Requirements - Strong programming fundamentals. - Good problem-solving and logical thinking ability. - Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Familiarity or interest in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, JavaScript, NodeJS or similar web technologies. • Develop and modify Nuvolo/ServiceNow application components, scripts, and configurations under the direction of the Senior Programmer. • Apply knowledge of RDBMS and SQL to support data integration tasks, import scripts, and application development activities. • Plan, document, code, modify, test, and implement application changes in accordance with VA Systems Development Methodology. • Participate in biweekly release coverage windows, performing testing and providing support for changes being implemented for Nuvolo. • Document test conditions, create test data, execute test cases within ServiceNow test suites, and analyze and report results. • Support incident remediation activities including code fix/patch debugging and defect resolution as assigned. • Assist in the development and maintenance of data models, process models, Network Business Rule Mapping documentation, and work plans. • Coordinate system testing and assist VA users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Support O&M and Enhancement Epic story implementation as prioritized by the HTM Program Office each sprint. • Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile team ceremonies. • Maintain technical documentation for assigned application components and release activities.

• Develop and modify Nuvolo/ServiceNow application configurations including web-based applications, client-server components, and OS scripts for process automation. • Apply expertise in RDBMS and SQL to support CDW data integration, ETL processes, import scripts, and data interface maintenance. • Implement and integrate COTS software and third-party applications (e.g., test equipment manufacturers, IOMT solutions) into the existing Nuvolo architecture. • Plan, document, code, modify, test, and implement application changes in accordance with VA Systems Development Methodology and ESM ITSM governance procedures. • Provide biweekly release coverage — attending Thursday release windows (7pm–11pm ET) and performing testing, validation, and post-release support as required. • Develop and execute test cases within ServiceNow test plans and test suites; coordinate UAT with VA Product Owners and document results. • Perform root cause analysis and incident remediation for P1–P4 incidents within SLA timeframes. • Support Operations and Maintenance Epics and Enhancement Epics as prioritized by the HTM Program Office each sprint. • Maintain and configure ServiceNow security roles, support groups, and user group access for the Nuvolo User Group. • Assist in the development and maintenance of Network Business Rule Mapping reports, data models, and process models. • Contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and Scrum velocity tracking under Agile/Scrum methodology. • Ensure all software changes are tested in sub-production environments before migration to production per ESM Release and Deployment processes.
