• Conducting advisory consultations (in accordance with §37 (3) SGB XI) with insured persons and their relatives in the home environment within your region • Documenting consultations, identifying individual needs and initiating appropriate follow-up measures • Training caregiving relatives under §45 SGB XI • Advising care-dependent persons and relatives seeking guidance within the framework of care counseling under §7a SGB XI • Conducting product trainings and providing professional advice to employees of various companies • Assisting with the design and production of informational materials • Building and expanding regional networks and partnerships
Job Requirements
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger), Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/-fachfrau) or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of professional experience, including a minimum of six months in ambulatory/home care
- Qualifications in accordance with §45 and/or §7a SGB XI, or willingness to obtain them
- Proficient use of MS Office and modern digital work tools
- Commitment to sharing knowledge and supporting people
- Understanding of the emotional importance of a home and its role in the care context
- Ability to provide communicative support to help reconcile work and caregiving responsibilities
- Class B driving license
