• Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize market share and revenue growth within the Snow & Ice Division by expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. • Focus on supporting and growing distribution channels, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and delivering system-based solutions tailored to customer needs. • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align products and services with market demands while meeting sales and performance objectives. • Oversee all sales activities within Canada. • Travel across Canada to promote and sell Muncie Power products, with an additional focus on Snow & Ice equipment and solutions. • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. • Conduct regular sales calls and visits to vocationally aligned accounts including OEMs, truck upfitters, distributors, and end users. • Plan travel itineraries and schedule meetings with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders to assess product needs and offer tailored solutions. • Develop and implement effective market strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption. • Analyze market penetration using leads, market data, and customer feedback to identify trends and new opportunities. • Provide technical and product training to customers and partners to ensure proper usage and understanding of product capabilities. • Attend industry trade shows and events as needed to represent the company and generate leads. • Utilize company CRM systems and sales software to manage accounts, track opportunities, and report activities. • Educate customers on warranty policies and procedures to ensure clear understanding and proper claim handling. • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business objectives. • Develop a deep understanding of municipal procurement processes in the vocational truck market to effectively position the company for public sector business. • Provide quotes, proposals, and bid support, especially for government procurement processes. • Collaborate closely with the Technology Solutions Group to develop customized product offerings tailored to customer needs.

• As a field sales manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies which maximize market share with existing and prospective accounts for the Snow & Ice Division. • Responsible for maintaining and growing business for the Snow & Ice Division • Call on vocationally aligned accounts within assigned territory (OEMs, truck upfitters, end users, etc.) • Develop market intelligence, customer intelligence, and competitive intelligence related to snow and ice segment • Understand technical specifications that pertain to truck-mounted hydraulics and electronic controls • Must understand how municipalities procure products within the vocational truck market and position company to do business with these entities • Work closely with the Technology Solutions Group on developing custom product offering for customers • Work closely with local field sales managers to ensure that all assigned markets are adequately covered • Able to relate system solutions to a variety of disciplines that will include engineering, operations, IT, sales, equipment specialists, and more • Attend trade shows as needed and assist in the planning of trade shows for assigned markets • Provide training to customers as needed • Help diagnose system issues for company products • Use company software and sales programs (i.e., CRM) • Submit application checklist document for quoting custom engineered systems • Submit account applications for credit evaluation • Must be willing to live in sales territory and to travel extensively • Travel in your respected territory of United States
