Role Description A postdoctoral fellow position in myelin biology is available in the laboratory of Ben Emery in the Jungers Center for Neurosciences Research at Oregon Health and Science University. The position is for the bioinformatic investigation of central nervous system remyelination and neuroglial interactions in mouse models and human datasets. - Run a research project investigating CNS cell interactions during remyelination, including the use of genetic models of demyelination, snRNA-sequencing, and histological analyses. - Regularly attend and contribute to laboratory and departmental meetings. - Contribute to the preparation of scientific manuscripts. - Keep abreast of the scientific literature relevant to the project.
