Role Description Rebag is looking for a full-time Operations Associate individual. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a very fast-growing startup in its early stages and to write the future of collaborative luxury. Reports remotely directly to Japan Operations Manager and works with members of the Operations/Buying/Bizdev team in Japan and the US. Responsibilities: - Preparing and filing forms and other documents. - Updating logs and order forms. - Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager. - Take care of overall office needs, including: - Handling phone calls from vendors/partners. - Purchasing office supplies. - Communication with providers. - Coordination of office repairs. - Documents handling. - Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required. - Provide support to Operations manager and team members as and when required. - Communication with logistics partners to resolve issues regarding shipment, including: - Providing all pertinent shipping information needed to logistics. - Creating shipping lists with all necessary information and sending it to logistics before merchandise arrives at the warehouse. - Daily update and monitoring of all shipping from Japan in our inventory system, including: - Updating each order into our system as soon as we receive the shipping schedule with all tracking information from logistics. - Communication with NY Head Quarter regarding inquiries related to the shipment from Japan, primarily with HQ operations team and buying team. Qualifications - Must be living in Latin America. - Must be bilingual with fluency in English and especially Japanese (Written and Verbal). - "Hands on" attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment. - Positive, high energy, team spirited, collaboration and open mind. - Detail-oriented and accurate (Data Entry Skills, Data Processing Skills, Reporting Skills, Analytical Skills). - Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Knowledgeable and efficient in MS Office (especially Excel). - Previous experience in retail & logistics (WMS) is ideal. - Availability to work with different time zones. • Coordinate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to launch mobile advertising campaigns, including implementing creative, securing traffic supply, and interpreting insertion orders • Traffic advertising campaigns in GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously • Troubleshoot with cross-functional stakeholders in case of any campaign-related issues • Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics to internal team members • Ensure successful fulfillment of all campaigns • Create and maintain documentation pertinent to the Ad Operations team • Reporting and month-end reconciliation • Complete detailed quality assurance reviews of campaign setups and updates
