The Impact You’ll Make in This Role: - Definition, review, build, retrofit, deploy and support D&AA Business Intelligence solutions. - Explore and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques & best practices in data modeling and data visualization. - Understand the inter-operability of different platforms, resources and solutions towards a more efficient planning data environment. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Systems SMEs, and Development Teams to set technical strategies. - Continuous self-development in both Process-Functional & BI-Technical areas of knowledge. Qualifications - Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. - Two years of combined experience in Supply Chain Analytics in a private, public, government or military environment. - Knowledge in one of ESC Function Areas and underlying Data Architecture. - Knowledgeable in data environment, i.e., database, data structure, data modeling, model deployment. Requirements - Data modeling and visualizations certifications (e.g. MS PL-300). - Knowledge of D&AA available solutions. - Proven ability to integrate datasets from disparate systems within a manufacturing and supply chain environment. - Experience with SAP HANA, Teradata, and Snowflake data warehouses. - Solid communication skills, ability to interact with all levels within an organization. - Work as a member of an agile development organization. - Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve. Role Description Responsible for creating and implementing descriptive diagnostic analytical reports and dashboards to drive business decisions and strategy.
