Role Description Renaissance is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations & Transformation Consultant to partner with our Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People teams to evaluate, optimize, and modernize our recruiting function. This role is ideal for a seasoned TA leader, TA Operations professional, HR consultant, or organizational effectiveness expert who thrives in diagnosing process inefficiencies, improving recruiter effectiveness, creating scalable operating models, and driving measurable business outcomes. The consultant will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and key stakeholders to assess current-state recruiting operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance the experience for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners. This is a highly visible project-based engagement focused on strategic analysis, process design, and operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Optimize Greenhouse - Review and simplify workflows from a hiring manager and user experience perspective, while evaluating and standardizing recruiter processes. - Look at handoffs between the TA/HR Ops function. - Deliverables - Comprehensive workflow audit report documenting current state processes for both hiring manager and recruiter. - Process improvement recommendations (including opportunities for automation), prioritized by ease of implementation and user experience impact. - Standardized recruiter workflow documentation and best practices guide. - TA/HR/PRM Ops handoff map identifying gaps, redundancies, and improvement areas. - Implementation roadmap with quick wins and long-term enhancements. - Assess Recruiter Capability/Org Structure - Review current TA/HR/TA Ops org structure and evaluate recruiter talent using the Talent Forward framework and provide clear, actionable recommendations based on skill assessments. - Deliverables - Talent Forward framework assessment report for each recruiter, including skill matrices and competency ratings (work with Tonushree Mondal – outside consultant). - Gap analysis identifying strengths, development areas, and skill deficiencies across the team. - Operating Model/Organizational design recommendations keeping, in mind budget. - Improve Communication & Alignment - Establish clear communication standards and service level agreements (SLAs) between recruiters and hiring managers. - Deliverables - Communication standards playbook defining expectations, cadences, and protocols between recruiters and hiring managers. - Service Level Agreements (SLAs) document with clear metrics and accountability measures. - Stakeholder feedback mechanism (surveys, check-ins) to monitor satisfaction. - Strengthen Market Intelligence - Enable recruiters to build and apply market intelligence, including insights on competitive landscapes and compensation benchmarks. - Deliverables - Review how recruiters work with compensation and make recommendations to streamline. - Build AI market intelligence tool/agent for recruiters. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Consulting, Organizational Effectiveness, or related functions. - Experience leading recruiting transformation, process optimization, or operating model initiatives. - Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, hiring manager partnerships, and recruiter effectiveness metrics. - Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, audits, and organizational reviews. - Experience creating executive-level recommendations and implementation roadmaps. - Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Proven ability to work independently in a consulting or project-based environment. Role Description This position is located in the Health Information Management (HIM) section at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. MRTs (Coder) are skilled in classifying medical data from patient health records in the hospital setting, and/or physician-based settings, such as physician offices, group practices, multi-specialty clinics, and specialty centers. These coding practitioners analyze and abstract patients' health records, and assign alpha-numeric codes for each diagnosis and procedure. Responsibilities - Assigns codes to documented patient care encounters (inpatient and outpatient) covering the full range of health care services provided by the VAMC. - Selects and assigns codes from the current version of one or more coding systems to include current versions of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) Clinical Modification (CM) and Procedure Coding System (PCS), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), and/or Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS). - Adheres to accepted coding practices, guidelines and conventions when choosing the most appropriate diagnosis, operation, procedure, ancillary, or evaluation and management (E/M) code to ensure ethical, accurate, and complete coding. - Monitors ever-changing regulatory and policy requirements affecting coded information for the full spectrum of services provided by the VAMC. - Performs a comprehensive review of the patient health record to abstract medical, surgical, ancillary, demographic, social, and administrative data to ensure complete data capture. - Assists facility staff with documentation requirements to completely and accurately reflect the patient care provided. - Uses skill and knowledge of the organization and structure of the patient health record to capture and justify code assignment. - Utilizes the facility computer system and software applications to code, abstract, record, and transmit data to the national VA database in Austin. - Corrects any identified data errors or inconsistencies in a timely manner to ensure acceptance in the national database within established timelines.
