Dann werde Teil unseres Finance-Teams und unterstütze uns als Finance Process Manager:in (alle) beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse und -Systemarchitektur. • In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem CFO und dem Strategic Finance Manager sowie dem Finance Team zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Abbildung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse — insbesondere entlang der Betriebsphase unserer PV-Anlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Process Manager:innen Commercial und Operations. • Verschaffe dir einen Überblick über unsere Finance-Prozessarchitektur sowie die Schnittstellen zwischen Finance und den anderen Departments insbesondere Commercial und Operations. • Analysiere die bestehenden End-to-End-Prozesse entlang der Projektgesellschaften — von der Rechnungserfassung über Abschlagszahlungen (Pacht) bis zum Monatsabschluss. • Identifiziere Medienbrüche und manuelle Prozessschritte, die automatisiert oder systemseitig abgebildet werden können. • Stimme dich eng mit Tech ab, um erste Anforderungen in Systemlogik zu übersetzen, und setze erste Quick Wins zur Reduktion manueller Aufwände um. • Steuere und entwickle die Finance-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Anlagen-Lebenszyklus weiter — von der Bauphase über die Inbetriebnahme bis zum laufenden Anlagenbetrieb. • Treibe die systemseitige Abbildung von Rechnungen und Abschlagszahlungen aktiv voran — hin zu automatisierten, prozesssicheren Abläufen. • Fungiere als zentraler und klar definierter Eingang für Finance-Anforderungen in die Software-&-Systems-Roadmap: du filterst, priorisierst und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in präzise Systemspezifikationen — bevor etwas entwickelt wird. • Stelle einen konsistenten Datenfluss zwischen ZOHO, DATEV, Candis und weiteren Tools sicher und denke Reporting-Anforderungen und Datenqualität von Anfang an mit. • Entwickle die Rolle Schritt für Schritt über das Accounting hinaus: Perspektivisch setzt du alle Finance-Prozesse end-to-end auf — inklusive Controlling und Reporting —, überprüfst sie und machst sie skalierbar.

Job Requirements

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung — oder nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance Operations oder Prozessmanagement im Finance-Umfeld
  • Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer operativen Rolle im Finance-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem skalierenden Unternehmen mit Projektgesellschaftsstrukturen oder komplexen Abrechnungsmodellen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Finance-Systemen — Kenntnisse in DATEV oder vorgelagerten Tools wie Candis sind ein Plus, kein Muss: Entscheidend ist, dass du dich schnell in neue Tools einarbeitest
  • Nachweisliche Methodenkompetenz im Prozessdesign: du kannst End-to-End-Finanzprozesse analysieren, strukturieren und in einheitlichen Formaten dokumentieren — so dass Anforderungen für Tech direkt anschlussfähig sind
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Software- oder Tech-Teams — du weißt, wie fachliche Finance-Anforderungen in Systemlogik übersetzt werden
  • Grundverständnis von Systemarchitekturen und Schnittstellenlogik zwischen Finance-Tools und operativen Systemen (z.B. ERP-Anbindungen, Datenflüsse)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Kollaborationstools sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Spreadsheet-Tools (Google Sheets, Excel)
