Engineering Manager – US Shift

• Lead development, optimization, and operations of enterprise websites and digital platforms • Define and execute digital technology roadmap aligned with business goals • Manage platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance • Lead API architecture and service-layer integrations across systems and third-party platforms • Drive adoption of cloud-native and composable architecture practices • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities • Partner with business teams to deliver AI-powered personalization, search, and content experiences • Oversee AI/LLM integrations, governance, monitoring, and optimization • Manage agile delivery, release planning, and quality assurance processes • Lead and mentor a team of developers across projects and enhancements • Collaborate with Marketing, UX, IT, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for digital initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in web development and digital technology leadership
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading development teams
  • Strong expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments
  • Experience building and managing enterprise websites and web applications
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern web architecture
  • Experience with cloud-native systems and agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM-based capabilities into digital platforms
  • Good understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, UX/UI, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and website performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery timelines in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
