Position Summary Panacea Financial Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to join Doctors Advisory Group (“DAG”) and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to physician owners, medical groups, and healthcare practices. This individual will play a critical leadership role in supporting client relationships, providing high-level financial and operational guidance, and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of DAG’s advisory platform. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare-focused accounting, tax, and advisory services, along with strong executive presence and relationship management skills. This role is well-suited for someone coming from a Partner, Director, Managing Director, or Senior Manager-level background within a healthcare accounting firm, advisory practice, or consulting organization. The Senior Advisor must be comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management - Serve as a strategic advisor to physician owners, healthcare operators, and medical practices across a range of financial and operational matters - Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships rooted in trust and long-term partnership - Advise clients on financial performance, profitability, tax planning, compensation structures, cash flow, and operational strategy - Support clients through complex business decisions, growth initiatives, and practice optimization efforts - Translate financial and operational insights into actionable recommendations for clients Leadership & Operational Support - Partner with DAG leadership to support the continued growth and scalability of the advisory business - Mentor and support internal team members across client delivery and operational workflows - Help improve processes, best practices, and scalable advisory frameworks - Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, tax, operations, and leadership teams Business Development & Growth - Support business development efforts through networking, relationship-building, and referral generation - Participate in prospective client conversations, presentations, and proposals - Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and advisory offerings - Represent DAG and Panacea professionally within healthcare and professional services communities Qualifications & Experience - CPA required - 10+ years of progressive experience within accounting, healthcare advisory, consulting, or professional services - Significant experience working with physician groups, medical practices, dental practices, or healthcare organizations preferred - Strong understanding of healthcare practice financial operations, tax structures, and business strategy - Experience managing and advising executive-level client relationships - Experience operating within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required Skills & Competencies - Strong relationship management and client advisory skills - Excellent communication and executive presence - Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen - Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset - Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently - Strong organizational and project management skills - High degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion - Passion for supporting healthcare professionals and entrepreneurial businesses Note: The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
