• Design, deploy, and configure Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) environments, including hierarchy configurations across multiple customer networks in hub-and-spoke architectures. • Configure, manage, and document MCM capabilities, including application management, software updates, and operating system deployment solutions. • Configure and package applications for deployment to end-user workstations and servers, ensuring solutions are scripted and aligned with customer requirements. • Configure DHCP services and establish MCM and client virtual machines to support PXE-based operating system deployments. • Complete Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists and validate compliance across assigned systems and environments. • Successfully execute installation and implementation projects while documenting project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned. • Work independently and collaboratively with customers, partners, and cross-functional technical teams in a multi-disciplined environment. • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve technical processes, procedures, and documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing. • Communicate project status, technical issues, and recommended solutions clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders. • Deliver formal instructor-led and over-the-shoulder training to customer personnel on implemented technology solutions.
Job Requirements
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Possess DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, CCNA Security, or an equivalent certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least five (5) years of experience designing, implementing, installing, and supporting enterprise hardware and software solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in the design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) Current Branch environments.
- Proven ability to deploy and configure MCM site system roles, including Management Point, Distribution Point, Software Update Point, and Reporting Services Point.
- Hands-on experience managing MCM Operating System Deployment (OSD), including importing operating system images, drivers, boot images, and creating task sequences.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, and reporting functions.
- Experience supporting the deployment, configuration, and administration of Windows 10 operating systems.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate system administration, deployment, and operational tasks.

Role Description The Low Voltage Engineer / Estimator is responsible for reviewing construction drawings, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, preparing estimates, and producing clear documentation for field technicians. This role requires strong technical expertise in low voltage systems, plan reading, and drawing markups—not just administrative support. The engineer/estimator will collaborate with project managers, clients, and field teams to ensure precise scope definition, cost control, and successful project execution. - Review and interpret architectural, electrical, MEP, and low voltage/security drawings. - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for devices, cable runs, cameras, data drops, and related scope. - Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation. - Create floor plan markups, system diagrams, and installation drawings for field technicians. - Utilize digital takeoff and markup software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Visio, Excel). - Coordinate with field teams, installers, subcontractors, and site engineers to resolve questions and site condition changes. - Update drawings and estimates based on change orders, RFIs, addenda, or field modifications. - Communicate directly with clients to clarify project scope and requirements. - Organize tasks, drawings, estimates, and open questions independently in a remote work environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in low voltage estimating, plan reading, and technical project coordination. - Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Visio, and Excel. - Strong knowledge of low voltage, electrical, MEP, and auxiliary systems (CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, AV, Wi-Fi, automation). - Ability to prepare clear floor plan markups, system diagrams, and installation drawings. - Competence in performing accurate quantity takeoffs and organizing estimates.
• Administration and maintenance of a virtualized test environment (Hyper-V) serving as the technical foundation for critical infrastructure projects in energy systems (HVDC, FACTS) • Install, configure, and maintain virtual machines, operating systems, and applications within the test environment • Install and configure physical and virtual network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls • Monitor system and network performance to identify and predict problems and make proactive adjustments • Manage the full lifecycle of virtualization and network components in alignment with cybersecurity guidelines and mandatory patching activities • Maintain and manage backup and recovery processes for the test environment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Hyper-V environment and connected network infrastructure • Administer and maintain security applications within the test environment, including endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning tools, and access control systems • Provide technical support and create documentation for Hyper-V processes, network configurations, and security procedures • Track technical developments and technological trends in IT and OT security; continuously expand know-how relevant to energy system test environments • Create and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures for responding to major outages affecting the test infrastructure • Identify, assess, and remediate security issues as they arise; implement and refine system hardening measures across the environment
