• Design, deploy, and configure Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) environments, including hierarchy configurations across multiple customer networks in hub-and-spoke architectures. • Configure, manage, and document MCM capabilities, including application management, software updates, and operating system deployment solutions. • Configure and package applications for deployment to end-user workstations and servers, ensuring solutions are scripted and aligned with customer requirements. • Configure DHCP services and establish MCM and client virtual machines to support PXE-based operating system deployments. • Complete Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists and validate compliance across assigned systems and environments. • Successfully execute installation and implementation projects while documenting project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned. • Work independently and collaboratively with customers, partners, and cross-functional technical teams in a multi-disciplined environment. • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve technical processes, procedures, and documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing. • Communicate project status, technical issues, and recommended solutions clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders. • Deliver formal instructor-led and over-the-shoulder training to customer personnel on implemented technology solutions.

• Design and implement networking infrastructures, both on-premises and cloud-based, in support of complex geographically dispersed Information Technology (IT) systems • Assist with the planning, development, and execution of product strategies and technology roadmaps • Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of mission-critical networks and servers to maintain optimal performance standards and SLA compliance • Deploy networks, applications, and services across major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure scalability, performance, and efficient resource utilization across enterprise environments • Utilize CI/CD and automation tools including Terraform and Ansible to streamline deployment and configuration management processes, enabling efficient and reliable delivery of customer environments • Build and maintain technical documentation to support deployment, sustainment, troubleshooting, and incident resolution activities • Assist with network operations and maintenance troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues promptly, including participation in off-duty on-call support rotations as needed • Execute projects on schedule and within budget constraints • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure Intelligent Waves products maintain competitive advantages • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional accountability across department members, encouraging constructive conflict resolution, inclusivity, and operational effectiveness • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise storage hardware and software solutions. • Implement backup and recovery, disaster recovery, data protection, storage consolidation, and performance solutions in accordance with ITSM processes. • Execute storage optimization activities, including upgrades, performance tuning, and system audits. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to government customers and internal delivery teams. • Advocate customer storage and infrastructure requirements throughout planning and execution. • Partner with Government IT engineering and architecture teams to ensure continuity of storage solutions across customer sites and data centers. • Provide technical consultation on enterprise storage architecture and operational solutions aligned to customer requirements. • Perform requirements analysis and collect technical details to accurately assess customer environments. • Integrate storage platforms into existing IT Service Management (ITSM) data center services and workflows. • Advise on ITSM-aligned best practices to improve storage operations, reliability, and supportability. • Interpret and deliver enterprise storage assessments, including objectives, data collection, analysis, and reporting. • Perform other duties as assigned.
