At Inflektion, we built the first Partnership Growth Platform designed to activate partners (affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, brand partners, healthcare professionals) using real-time personalization. This role is about architecting the systems, building/scaling the channels, and creating the content that turn strangers into qualified buyers, and turn Inflektion into a recognized name in the category, amongst the billion-dollar competitors out there. At Inflektion we believe the best operators do not rely on manual work. They build systems. This may include: - Automating content production and reporting. - Systemizing data analysis on our various channels and partners. - Turning performance data into scalable, compounding growth loops. - Using AI agents to automate the easily repeatable tasks. Qualifications - B2B SaaS and MarTech marketing experience. - Building and scaling marketing organizations. - Partnership and affiliate marketing experience. - High growth SaaS or MarTech environments. Requirements - A track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing. - Experience owning and allocating a marketing budget across channels. - The ability to design systems that scale lead generation and brand authority. - Experience operating in fast-moving startup environments. - Clear, structured communication skills. - Strong copywriting skills and the ability to operate independently and move ideas into execution quickly. - Working knowledge of SEO, AEO (and the monitoring tools), and affiliate programs. - Experience building referral programs and constructing partnership deals and compensation structures. - Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, strategy development, and operational workflows. Benefits - High Impact: Own one of the most important growth engines in the company. - Innovative Environment: Remote first, global, and focused on building the category defining platform for partnership-driven growth. - Meaningful Work: Define a category and make Inflektion the name buyers, partners, and the industry think of first. - Growth Obsessed: Work alongside leaders who blend performance with personal development. - Flexible Work: Remote friendly, with optional access to collaborative coworking spaces. - Continuous Growth: Training and professional development opportunities tailored to you. - Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus and equity opportunities. Work Environment - High autonomy and proactive ownership. - Commitment to adaptability, learning, and speed. - Appreciation for structured yet fast-paced environments. - Comfortable working remotely with a high execution team. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and ops teams. Role Description We Don't Need a Marketing Manager. We Need a Chief Marketing Officer Who Connects Media Buying, CRO, and Strategy Into One Profit-Printing Machine. As CMO, you'll lead the entire marketing department and own the full performance picture. You'll oversee media buying quality—not just spend, but strategy. You'll evaluate funnel performance through conversion data and identify where we're leaking profit. You'll connect the dots between traffic, creative, landing pages, and checkout to build a unified marketing strategy that compounds. This isn't about managing campaigns. It's about seeing the entire system, finding the leverage points, and building the strategy that scales us to 9-figures. What You'll Do - Own Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across all brands - Identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth and profitability - Build strategic roadmaps that align media buying, CRO, and creative functions - Set KPIs, targets, and accountability across the marketing team - Oversee Media Buying - Lead and mentor the media buying team - Evaluate media buying quality—not just ROAS, but strategy, testing methodology, and scaling decisions - Ensure we're allocating budget to the highest-performing channels and campaigns - Identify when to scale, when to cut, and when to test new approaches - Oversee CRO & Funnel Performance - Own conversion rate optimization across all funnels (advertorials, sales pages, upsells, checkout) - Analyze funnel data to identify drop-off points and conversion leaks - Work with the CRO and funnel teams to prioritize tests and improvements - Ensure every step of the customer journey is optimized for conversion - Connect the Data - Tie together traffic data, creative performance, funnel metrics, and revenue - Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear view of marketing performance - Use data to inform strategic decisions—not gut feelings - Create feedback loops so learnings from one area improve the others - Lead the Marketing Team - Manage and develop media buyers, CRO specialists, and marketing support roles - Build SOPs, processes, and systems that scale the marketing function - Run strategic meetings and ensure alignment across the department - Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Extensive media buying experience—you've managed significant ad spend ($500K+/month) and know what good media buying looks like - Extensive CRO experience—you understand funnels, conversion optimization, and how to diagnose where we're losing customers - Proven ability to connect data across channels and build unified marketing strategies - Experience leading marketing teams (media buyers, CRO specialists, etc.) - Strong analytical skills—you live in the data and make decisions based on it - Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to fix details - Clear communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership - Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high-growth consumer brands - Background in both paid social (Meta, TikTok) and other channels (Google, Pinterest, native) - You've scaled a brand from 7-figures to 8-figures or beyond - Experience with advertorial funnels and direct response marketing Bonus Points - Dropshipping experience—you understand the fast-paced testing cycles, thin margins, and rapid scaling decisions that come with dropshipping models - Experience at a performance creative agency—you've seen what works across multiple brands and brought that pattern recognition in-house This Role Is NOT For... - People who only know media buying OR CRO—but not both deeply - Those who manage campaigns but can't develop overarching strategy - Anyone who relies on gut feelings instead of data - People who work in silos and don't connect performance across functions - Those who've only worked at agencies and never owned full P&L accountability - Marketing managers who delegate everything and don't get into the weeds when needed Compensation & Benefits - Monthly Salary: $8,000/month - $10,000/month + Up to 7% Profit Share - Remote-first environment - Work with a team of A-players who actually give a damn - Direct founder access—you'll be a strategic partner to leadership - Real ownership of the entire marketing function Our Hiring Process - Step 1: Application (You're here!) - Step 2: Initial Interview with CHRO - Step 3: Internal Assessment by Rescale - Step 4: Interview with CEO - Step 5: Signing of Independent Contractor and NDA - Step 6: Onboarding and Training Total timeline: 1 week from application to offer. Ready to Apply? Please attach your resume and portfolio. P.S. We're not looking for someone who manages campaigns. We're looking for a strategic marketing leader who sees how media buying, CRO, and creative connect—and builds the system that scales profitably. If you've done this before and want to do it again with real ownership (and profit share), we should talk. P.P.S. If you're reading this far, you're already more thorough than 90% of applicants. That's exactly who we want.
