Social Media & Video Specialist
Netguru
Role Description As a Growth Specialist, you will: - Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish. - Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch. - Use AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus. - Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel. Qualifications - 2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channel. - Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show. - Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content. - Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover. - Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget. - Fluent in Polish and English. Requirements - Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable (nice to have). - Motion graphics basics (nice to have). - Podcast or webinar video production and repurposing (nice to have). - Any relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing) (nice to have).
