The goal of this company is to connect members to one on one telehealth nutrition counseling with Registered Dietitians and support them with a digital platform that includes meal planning, grocery savings, and food access resources—all designed to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. This is a free benefit offered through the members health plan. In this role, you will contact eligible individuals to educate them on the client’s services and the benefits of meeting with a Registered Dietitian—all from the comfort of their home. You will then help schedule their first initial consultation with one of the client's Registered Dietitian's and get them excited about starting this new journey. You are the first point of contact that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial! You are responsible for scheduling as many members as possible for their initial consultation. This role requires meeting weekly scheduling quotas and working comfortably in a high‑volume outbound calling environment. While not a true sales role, it involves cold-call style outreach and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
