• Manage the identity lifecycle (JML): Ensure access grants and revocations for Joiners, Movers and Leavers occur within SLA timelines. • Platform administration: Act as the primary administrator of the IdP (groups, SSO/SAML policies) and manage access to SaaS, internal and external applications, always applying the principle of least privilege. • Support and operations: Handle day-to-day tickets for account creation, granular permissions, and access reviews. • Mapping and automation: Design and document access approval workflows. Configure flows and automations to optimize the request pipeline. • Integrations: Support the integration of new tools into our IdP, configuring automatic provisioning and SSO. • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to create scripts that reduce operational load for repetitive tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Solid prior experience as an IAM Analyst, Information Security professional, or SysAdmin focused on access management (minimum 4 years).
  • Advanced proficiency administering cloud-based IdPs.
  • Strong experience with ticketing systems (designing flows, management, and service desk automations).
  • Hands-on experience managing access in modern technical tools.
  • Process-oriented, "builder" mindset: understand that before automating you must organize, document, and standardize.
  • Analytical ability to produce technical documentation (SOPs) and flowcharts.
  • Good communication skills to liaise between Governance and Engineering teams.
  • Will be a plus:
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, Node, etc.) to interact with APIs and build automations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based access and identity management.
  • Prior experience with IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) tools and SCIM implementation.
  • Interest and experience using Artificial Intelligence to optimize workflows and detect access anomalies.
  • Understanding of security and control frameworks applied to access (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
