• Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas para cuentas SMB y mid-market en España: cualificación, demo, propuesta, negociación y cierre. • Trabajar principalmente con leads inbound generados por marketing y SDRs. • Hacer discovery estructurado para identificar el dolor agudo: números de WhatsApp bloqueados, mandatos de compliance, ineficiencia en el call center. • Construir Project Plans en 48-72 horas del scoping en deals con urgencia. La velocidad importa — los deals que se alargan sin razón mueren. • Identificar y acceder al Economic Buyer desde el principio. • Construir pipeline desde cero en el mid-market francés, con foco en verticales con fit probado en Hubtype. • Prospectar, hacer outreach, cualificar y cerrar de forma autónoma. Tendrás soporte de marketing, pero Francia empieza contigo. • Identificar eventos desencadenantes que crean urgencia real de compra: fallos de vendor, nuevos requisitos de compliance, proyectos de transformación digital. • Trasladar inteligencia de mercado al equipo de GTM: qué está resonando, qué no, qué perfiles compran, qué verticales se mueven. • Mantener el CRM limpio y actualizado. Pipeline que no está en Salesforce no existe. • Multi-threading en cada deal. Un solo champion sin acceso al decisor no es un deal, es una conversación. • Construir casos de ROI, no listas de features. Cuando el precio genera fricción, anclar valor primero.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B SaaS con cuota. Es un rol junior-mid — nos importan más los instintos y el potencial que los títulos.
- Experiencia vendiendo a SMB y mid-market (deals de €10K-€100K ACV). Experiencia enterprise es un plus, no un requisito.
- Conocimiento o exposición a CX, plataformas de mensajería, IA conversacional, CCaaS o CPaaS es un plus importante. Si has vendido Twilio, Infobip, Zendesk, Intercom o similares, ya hablas el idioma del comprador.
- AI-native. Usas herramientas de IA activamente en tu flujo de trabajo: investigación, outreach, prep, análisis. Somos una empresa de IA y esperamos que el equipo opere así.
- Discovery primero. Preguntas por el proceso de decisión, el economic buyer y el evento desencadenante antes de presentar nada. No lanzas la demo antes de entender el negocio.
- Bilingüe ES + FR, obligatorio. Español nativo; francés a nivel profesional. Sin esto, el motion de Francia no existe.
- Cómodo con la complejidad. Deals multi-stakeholder, objeciones técnicas, preguntas de integración — te involucras, no esquivas.
- Disciplina de pipeline. Cualificas con honestidad y mantienes el CRM al día. No acumulas deals que no van a ningún lado.
- Conocimiento de WhatsApp Business API, plataformas de chatbot o flujos de automatización.
- Conocimiento del mercado francés: cultura de procurement, ciclos de compra, red de contactos.
- Catalán, un plus real dado nuestro volumen de clientes en Cataluña.
- Inglés, es el idioma vehicular dentro de Hubtype.
- Afinidad tecnológica. Capaz de entender requisitos de integración (APIs, CRMs, flujos de datos), trasladarlos al equipo técnico con un brief preciso, y reflejarlos correctamente en propuestas y Project Plans.
