Manager, Clinical Outreach

Guidelight Health

Role Description As the Manager of Clinical Outreach, you'll be Guidelight's ambassador across Greater Boston, building the relationships and community partnerships that help more people access high-quality mental health care when they need it most. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Outreach, you'll play a key role in expanding Guidelight's presence in the market and shaping how we show up for providers, patients, and communities. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on our growth and mission. You'll partner closely with operations and clinical leaders to develop and execute a market outreach strategy, identify and cultivate referral partnerships, and create seamless pathways for patients to connect with Guidelight's programs. At Guidelight, we believe mental healthcare works best when communities are connected. We strive to be more than a provider. We aim to be a trusted partner and resource hub for the local mental health ecosystem. Whether you're meeting with therapists, hospitals, schools, primary care providers, or community organizations, you'll help strengthen the network of support that leads to better outcomes for patients and families. If you love building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact in your community, this role offers a chance to help shape the future of mental healthcare in Greater Boston. Responsibilities - Build, develop, and maintain strong referral relationships with therapists, psychiatrists, schools, health systems, managed care organizations, and other community partners. - Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities across priority markets while deepening engagement with existing partners. - Serve as a trusted resource on mental health treatment options, with expertise in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). - Represent Guidelight in the community through networking events, educational programs, conferences, and provider meetings. - Act as a consultative partner to providers, patients, and families navigating mental health treatment options and levels of care. - Partner closely with Admissions and Operations teams to ensure a seamless referral and intake experience. - Help identify and address barriers to treatment while facilitating timely access to Guidelight's programs. - Develop deep knowledge of Guidelight's services, outcomes, and clinical offerings to effectively support referral partners and prospective patients. - Develop and execute outreach strategies that expand Guidelight's presence, strengthen referral networks, and support census growth. - Lead weekly market growth meetings to review referral trends, partnership opportunities, and growth initiatives. - Gather and synthesize market feedback from referral partners, patients, and community stakeholders to inform program and market strategy. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date referral partner records, outreach activities, and pipeline data within the CRM. - Leverage CRM insights and performance metrics to prioritize outreach efforts, identify growth opportunities, and measure impact. - Adhere to established data hygiene standards to ensure reliable reporting, forecasting, and visibility into market performance. - Track referral trends and partnership activity to support strategic decision-making and market planning. Qualifications - Must be based in the Greater Boston area with approximately 75% travel across the market to meet with referral partners and community organizations. - 3+ years of experience in provider outreach, business development, account management, healthcare sales, or a related relationship-focused role, preferably within behavioral health or a high-growth healthcare environment. - Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clinicians, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders. - Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience educating and influencing clinical audiences. - Proven ability to develop and manage a territory, prioritize outreach efforts, and build a pipeline of referral relationships. - Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM to track activity, manage relationships, and maintain accurate data. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and CRM hygiene. - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications - Clinical licensure and/or a background in behavioral healthcare preferred (e.g., LPC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent), with the ability to engage credibly with clinicians and referral partners. Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, HealthJoy unlimited therapy, UHC wellness program, HSA/FSA options, and pet insurance. - Responsible PTO, in lieu of a traditional accrual-based policy, allowing employees to take the time they need while ensuring continuity of care and team collaboration. - 401(k) with company match. - All licensing fees covered, including opportunities for cross-licensure when applicable. - Annual stipend for tuition reimbursement, ongoing education, or CEUs. - Pre-licensed clinicians receive structured clinical supervision toward licensure, and all clinicians benefit from best-in-class supervision grounded in our state-of-the-art PHP/IOP curriculum.

Klare Marktführerschaft in Europa. B. A/B-Tests auf Advertorial-Ebene).
