Role Description As our User Acquisition Manager, you will lead and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies to drive high-quality user growth. You will manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, social media platforms, and our referral program, collaborating closely with Marketing, Insights, and Monetization teams to optimize performance and scale efficiently. This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below: - Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, referral programs, and other channels to drive new user growth. - Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others. - Drive continuous improvement in ROAS performance through data-driven insights, A/B test, and campaign optimization strategies. - Utilize Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust to track, attribute, and analyze campaign performance. - Collaborate closely with the insights team to align on attribution models (including SKAdNetwork and multi-touch attribution) to optimize spend and maximize ROI. - Own end-to-end reporting and analysis of user acquisition campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. - Manage budgets effectively, forecasting spend and reallocating resources to maximize growth efficiency. - Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Monetization, and Insights team to ensure alignment and support for acquisition initiatives. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, preferably in fast-paced industries such as gaming or crypto. - Proven success in scaling user acquisition through paid search, paid social, and referral programs across multiple markets. - Strong analytical skills with experience working alongside Insights team on attribution models and campaign measurement. - Expertise in major advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data insights and strategic recommendations.
