• Manage both direct and indirect procurement categories across EMEA suppliers. • Handle purchasing activities for: • Maintenance parts and consumables • Mobile phones • Fleet management • Real estate • Travel • IT, HR, and professional services • Process purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery performance. • Maintain procurement systems (e.g., iBuy). • Coordinate company mobile phone distribution and lifecycle management. • Support vehicle procurement and fleet administration. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders. • Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement reporting. • Maintain supplier contracts and procurement documentation. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing tools, and audit requirements.
