• This role is responsible for the accurate administration and ongoing maintenance of customer and GPO agreements across commercial systems, ensuring pricing integrity, contractual compliance, and audit‑ready data at all times. • Acting as a key operational anchor within Commercial Operations, the position translates contractual terms into reliable system records, controlled processes, and consistent reporting within Salesforce, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms. • Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT, the role ensures that contract data is correctly set up, maintained, and validated, supporting downstream activities such as billing, reporting, audit readiness, and compliance monitoring. • A strong focus is placed on disciplined system governance, timely updates to contract and membership data, and the prevention of data quality issues that could create commercial or compliance risk. • Through continuous monitoring, analysis, and process optimisation, the role strengthens the integrity of customer agreement administration, supports scalable commercial operations, and enables accurate execution of both routine contract activities and more complex sales scenarios, including new product launches and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of directly related work experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function creating data reports and analytics.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus.
- Strong background in a multi-disciplinary environment with the need for high flexibility.
- Experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is a plus.
- SFDC and/or Oracle experience.
- Ability to analyze and interpret contracts and then communicate that to others in simple terms.
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage ambiguity.
