Role Description As a Data Quality Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on improving data quality across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, engineering teams, and analytics teams to: - Identify data issues - Drive remediation efforts - Establish governance processes - Ensure data can be trusted for business decisions Your work will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall data governance maturity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines - Strong understanding of data quality principles including completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, and timeliness - Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) - Experience developing and managing data quality rules, scorecards, profiling activities, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes - Strong SQL skills and experience performing data analysis and root cause investigations - Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Requirements - Experience with data governance and data catalog platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar tools - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud - Experience managing developer or analyst backlogs and coordinating priorities - Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies - Experience working within large enterprise data environments Skills and Competencies - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy - Ability to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills - Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proactive, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset - Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes Benefits There has never been a better time to join McGraw Hill.
