Role Description Garantir a integridade funcional, sustentação e evolução do ERP Oracle Cloud, com foco na governança fiscal e nos módulos financeiros, assegurando a padronização de processos, qualidade das integrações e aderência às exigências legais brasileiras. - Atuar na sustentação e em projetos relacionados ao Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion). - Configurar e prestar suporte no módulo FDG (Fiscal Data Governance). - Realizar levantamento de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio, especialmente Fiscal. - Desenhar e documentar processos funcionais alinhados às necessidades da empresa. - Analisar e identificar a causa raiz de problemas críticos relacionados à área fiscal. - Atuar em conjunto com times técnicos para correção de integração e melhorias de processos. - Promover padronização de atendimentos e automação de rotinas. - Elaborar documentação funcional para suporte ao time de desenvolvimento Oracle. Qualifications - Formação superior em TI, Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas. Requirements - Experiência em projetos de implementação ou sustentação de Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion). - Conhecimento sólido em localização Brasil (impostos, retenções e obrigações acessórias). - Experiência com FDG (Fiscal Data Governance).
