Role Description This role is focused on guiding members through the benefit information available to them. You will help answer questions, review options, assist with simple enrollment steps, and ensure each member receives professional, easy-to-understand support. The people you connect with are already affiliated with the groups and programs we serve. Role Description This role will be part of the Time Support team at Reapra, where we focus on supporting the founders in Reapra’s portfolio through the way they use their time as a resource. Main activities are highlighted in the ‘Activities’ section below. You will be working with a team that is primarily based in the GMT+8/+9 time zone and will need to communicate with them during those working hours. The role can also be either full-time or part-time and can be conducted either hybrid or remotely. The team environment is mainly English-speaking.
