Data Ops Supervisor

• Complete projects and perform data operation duties, problem solve, provide aid/answers and correct issues for the data operations team ensuring assigned work has been completed in a correct and timely manner • Work with data operations analysts and manager fielding questions and finding solutions for timely and accurate outcomes, ensuring that business needs are met with the team • Execute, monitor, and validate data operations quality assurance processes • Responsible for performing processes and procedures pertaining to clients, including but not limited to: • File Imports/Exports • File Transfers • Remittances • Work under the guidance of IT managers to implement solutions to enhance report reliability, resolve problems and fulfill service requests • Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed • Create and maintain instructions and process documentation • Stay accountable for each process, logging and following through each procedure to ensure accuracy • Prioritize projects and complete accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, with functional area and with Company policies and procedures • Keep regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements • Must adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • One or more years of related computer experience, working knowledge of FACS a plus
  • Ability to use IT functions, such as, file transfer methods-FTP, secure websites, basic file layouts
  • Ability to analyze and develop solutions to system issues in relation to data operations
  • Knowledge and experience with FACS Ontario: Enable, Report Writer, Night Jobs , Logic Blocks and System set up and various other functions and processes in FACS Ontario or similar software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Infopath and text editor
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers pleasant and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a team fostered and multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to use sound judgment and decision making skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize work, be organized and pay attention to detail
