• Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing • Own and expand our Cypress e2e automation suite • Build and maintain API test automation using Postman or Playwright API • Conduct basic performance testing and recommend improvements • Use Sentry and Hotjar to detect issues, spot patterns, and improve user experience • Perform deep technical investigations using AWS tracing • Partner with engineering to address root causes and production-level risks • Use AI-in-the-loop validation workflows • Apply AI-assisted tooling for test creation, bug reproduction, and scenario generation • Contribute to QA documentation, processes, and standards • Provide internal customer support for product issues and QA insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release reliability and speed • Influence quality culture and advocate for best engineering practices
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with API test automation (Postman, Playwright API)
- Strong experience with Cypress for end-to-end automation
- Understanding of performance testing fundamentals
- Experience using monitoring and user-behaviour tools like Sentry or Hotjar to investigate issues and spot patterns
- Experience with AWS tracing
- Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate QA and validation workflows
- Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Leadership mindset and ability to say no to maintain focus
- Experience with B2B platforms, tech QA environments, or marketplace-style systems

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The candidate will be responsible for: - Validating Salesforce case management functionality, integrations, and workflows. - Ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with banking compliance standards. - Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Salesforce case management functionality. - Performing functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for agent UI workflows, API integrations, and approval processes. - Automating repetitive test scenarios using Selenium, Provar, or Salesforce-native testing tools (e.g., Testim, AccelQ). - Logging defects in JIRA or similar tracking tools and verifying fixes through multiple release cycles. - Ensuring banking compliance requirements are validated through rigorous negative testing and edge cases.
