• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. • Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and client correspondence. • Communicate with clients to gather information, request supporting documentation, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain organized and accurate digital case files to support efficient case management and document retrieval. • Manage and update legal case management and CRM systems, including platforms such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com. • Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, workflow management, and case strategy implementation. • Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, organization, and workflow efficiency. • Consistently meet established performance expectations related to quality, productivity, responsiveness, and client service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience handling U.S. immigration cases (required).
- Demonstrated experience preparing and managing U.S. immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Experience using legal case management and CRM software is required, including platforms such as Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile, or similar systems.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals and productivity expectations in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work product and efficiency is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Candidates must have a reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a backup power solution to ensure consistent availability during power outages.
