• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs • Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) based on business requirements • Assist in developing functional specification for any required Talent Acquisition developments • Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience • Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
Job Requirements
- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) projects
- Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) configuration experience
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience leading client workshops with the ability to interpret business requirements/problems and provide clear recommendations
- Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
- Creation of documentation and training materials and knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
- Certifications: Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Associate or Professional
- Fluency in French is required for Quebec based opportunities; fluency in French is an asset outside of Quebec

The current contribution rate for ASRS is 12.27% and the current contribution rate for PSPRS is 5.84% and up for the defined contribution plan and 8.82% for the defined benefit plan.
