• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn and cold calling. • Assessing or creating opportunities for NB’s Products. • Qualifying the prospect and systematically introducing Sales to engage further. • Ability to seed ideas, tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention. • Conducting research on market trends and competitors. • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. • Updating the CRM system on a regular basis. • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers. • Enthusiastic self-starter, with a strong drive to succeed.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
- Must have SaaS experience
- Knowledge and experience of Northam and EMEA Market segment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Expertise of working in Salesforce.com (must)
