Role Description We are looking for a high-performance Senior Media Buyer to spearhead Meta ad strategy for a rapidly growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. Qualifications - Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts. - Extensive experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals. - Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to drive qualified inspections/applications. - Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology. - Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead high-level client meetings without hand-holding. - An "Extreme Ownership" mentality; you are tenacious about getting results and are comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary. - Ability to work within or overlap significantly with EST/CST timezones. Nice-to-Haves - Prior experience specifically within the insulation industry. - Advanced knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Ability to stay ahead of Meta platform changes and implement shifts before they impact client performance. Benefits - Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses. - Clear path to a leadership/management role. - Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling. - Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company (scaling from 21 clients and counting). - High levels of autonomy and ownership over your portfolio. - Opportunity to build and document the systems you use.
