Title: Digital Content Analyst Location: Piscataway, NJ, US Department: Information Technology Job Description: Travel Required?: Travel - up to 10% of time Hybrid No Relocation Assistance Offered Job Number #173709 - Piscataway, New Jersey, United States Who We Are Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world, making us a household name! Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. Are you ready to optimize the digital presence of a global leader by ensuring the technical integrity and seamless flow of our brand assets? Joining the Global Digital Applications team as a Digital Content Analyst, you will be the architect of our content ecosystem, designing the vital workflows that connect product data with media assets. Rather than just maintaining the status quo, you will leverage a Business Process Analyst mindset to audit and optimize the synergy between our PIM and DAM platforms. Serving as the technical bridge between Content Ops and Software Engineering, you will diagnose system issues, configure complex SaaS logic, and refine the code driving our delivery. As a continuous learner, you will lead the evolution from current 'As-Is' workflows to high-efficiency 'To-Be' models, ensuring our global infrastructure remains scalable and strategically aligned This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What you'll do As our Digital Content Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Workflow Design & Optimization: Map existing content lifecycles and design streamlined "future-state" processes to improve operational efficiency. - Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate system integrations and front-end content delivery code to identify the source of bugs. You will move beyond "quick fixes" to implement long-term technical solutions that ensure data remains synchronized across the ecosystem.. - SaaS System Configuration: Transform business needs into functional system logic within platforms like Stibo or Salesforce, managing everything from automated workflows to custom validation rules. - Quality Assurance & UAT Leadership: Define testing criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. You will ensure that every system configuration or process change aligns with the original business intent and provides a seamless experience for end-users. - Functional Documentation & Liaison: Act as the primary "translator" between Content Operations and Software Engineering. You will create clear functional specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure technical builds meet operational needs. Personal Attributes - Continuous Learner & Tech-Savy: A proactive professional who stays ahead of SaaS platform updates (like Stibo or Salesforce) and emerging digital trends, viewing every technical challenge as an opportunity to expand their toolkit. - Analytical Rigor & Curiosity: A natural "problem-solver" who enjoys deconstructing complex workflows and investigating technical bugs to find the root cause rather than just treating the symptom. - Adaptable "Systems Thinker": The ability to see the big picture, understanding how a single configuration change in a SaaS platform impacts downstream data and the total end-user experience. - Empathetic Communicator: A skilled "translator" who can bridge the gap between technical code fixes and business requirements, effectively managing change with diverse stakeholders. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - 3+ years of experience in Digital Content Management, Systems Analysis, or Technical Support with a focus on enterprise content applications - Systems Experience: Proven track record working with PIM (Product Information Management) and/or DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms - Technical Stack: Proficiency in code analysis and debugging (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside SQL and data manipulation tools. - Cloud & Integration: Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and understanding of API-driven content delivery is essential. Preferred Qualifications - Comfortable working in an agile environment with a strict focus on data privacy and technical standards - Experience in the Consumer Goods (CPG/FMCG) or Retail industry, understanding the unique challenges of consumer data and brand equity. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $76,800.00 - $121,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies. Our Commitment to Inclusion Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business.
