• Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues, and, when appropriate, escalating problems using the client's defined escalation procedures. • Responsible for communicating all incidents or critical issues to the client or the team's technical staff. • Assist in managing CAPEX, OPEX, and budgeting. • Manage warranty and support contracts for all IT assets, including hardware and software. • Manage the procurement and approval processes. • Provide evidence and documentation required for IT audits. • Recommend improvements to IT audit processes. • Perform other activities related to the role/process as required.
