• Atender leads via Instagram, WhatsApp e sistema interno, com abordagem acolhedora, educada e personalizada. • Responder mensagens, comentários e interações em até 15 minutos, sempre com humanização e consistência. • Converter leads em consultas por meio de vendas consultivas, empatia e comunicação estratégica. • Nutrir relacionamentos, acompanhando o paciente desde o primeiro contato até o agendamento. • Organizar informações em planilhas, relatórios e sistemas internos. • Propor melhorias nos processos de atendimento digital. • Manter aderência total aos valores do médico: ética, transparência e cuidado genuíno com a visão e a qualidade de vida. • Criar, ajustar e monitorar fluxos de automação inteligentes nas plataformas Kommo e BotConversa, otimizando a eficiência do atendimento. • Interagir com potenciais pacientes nas redes sociais, respondendo mensagens, comentários e menções com agilidade, profissionalismo e aderência à linguagem da marca. • Atuar em alinhamento direto com o time de marketing e corpo clínico, propondo melhorias contínuas nos fluxos de atendimento e na experiência do paciente. • Trazer insights criativos para aumentar o alcance, o engajamento e a retenção de seguidores, contribuindo ativamente com ideias para fortalecer a presença digital da clínica.

Job Requirements

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com domínio da norma culta da língua portuguesa e capacidade de adaptação à linguagem da marca;
  • Experiência com vendas digitais, social selling ou inside sales, com foco em relacionamento e conversão de leads;
  • Habilidade em atendimento humanizado, preferencialmente com experiência em clínicas médicas ou no setor da saúde (diferencial);
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais, especialmente redes sociais, WhatsApp, ManyChat, BotConversa ou similares de automação de mensagens;
  • Facilidade com tecnologia, bom raciocínio lógico e agilidade para resolver problemas com autonomia;
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas sem perder o foco em resultados;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel ou Google Sheets, com capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e propor melhorias;
  • Perfil dinâmico, estratégico, proativo e orientado a resultados;
  • Alinhamento com os valores da função: excelência em atendimento, integridade, empatia, inovação e responsabilidade;
