Field Service Technician

Analogic

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention • Perform electronic and mechanical repairs • Document service reports • Maintain strong customer relationships • Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair
  • Technically savvy; innovative, quick to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Professional demeanor and customer focused
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check
  • Must obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge in compliance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations

We are seeking an experienced Field Technical Manager to lead, strengthen, and continuously improve our quality assurance and quality control programs across Canada. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing best practices, documenting standardized QA/QC processes, training teams, and ensuring consistent execution across all branches. The ideal candidate combines deep technical flooring expertise with strong people leadership and thrives in both field and strategic environments. This role requires regular travel across Canada to support branches, oversee implementation, coach teams, and drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
