Role Description You are a client leader who knows how to build trust over the long term. You've managed complex retainer accounts before, you understand what keeps clients engaged and growing, and you know the difference between managing a relationship and genuinely driving one. - Organised enough to keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping anything. - Strategic enough that clients see you as a partner rather than a coordinator. - Come to clients with ideas and spot problems before they escalate. - Understand digital, can speak credibly about web platforms and SEO. - Brief a delivery team clearly enough that things actually get built right. Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; solid knowledge of modern web platforms is the minimum. Qualifications - 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role. - A proven track record managing retainer accounts, not just projects, with the ability to grow relationships over time. - Commercially sharp, with a clear instinct for upsell and expansion opportunities. - Technically credible in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital strategy. - Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder across client and internal stakeholders. - Calm and structured when priorities shift, with the ability to manage multiple accounts without things slipping. - Experienced across tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms. - Webflow experience is a significant advantage. - Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Requirements - Owning a portfolio of N4+ retainer clients as their primary strategic contact at N4. - Leading roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts. - Translating client goals into clear briefs for design, development, and content teams. - Driving account expansion, including Webflow's Optimize and Analyze products, and identifying upsell opportunities proactively. - Managing retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching risks early. - Running regular governance calls and reporting that clients actually find useful. - Contributing to how the CS function operates, including improving how we scope, brief, and track delivery. Role Description We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs – Hematology to join our team and strengthen our partnerships with experts in hematologic malignancies. In this role, you will engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and investigators, serving as a trusted scientific resource and strategic partner. You’ll play a meaningful role in the understanding of Regeneron’s therapies, supporting clinical development and investigator-initiated research, and contributing to impactful new therapies. This is a remote, field-based role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. A Typical Day: - Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs in malignant hematology. - Acting as a primary clinical/scientific contact for HCPs and investigators. - Generating medical insights to advise strategy and development plans. - Supporting clinical trial execution by identifying investigators and trial sites. - Collaborating on abstracts, posters, and manuscripts to communicate data. - Contributing to investigator-initiated study programs and research collaborations. - Attending medical congresses to support scientific exchange. - Partnering cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access. Qualifications - At least 5 years of field medical or medical manager experience in biotech or pharma. - Strong background in hematology. - Knowledge of malignant hematology is required. - Experience in lymphoma or multiple myeloma is preferred. - Country readiness experience and established KOL relationships are highly valued. - Solid knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research, and Canadian regulations.
