Role Description You are a client leader who knows how to build trust over the long term. You've managed complex retainer accounts before, you understand what keeps clients engaged and growing, and you know the difference between managing a relationship and genuinely driving one. - Organised enough to keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping anything. - Strategic enough that clients see you as a partner rather than a coordinator. - Come to clients with ideas and spot problems before they escalate. - Understand digital, can speak credibly about web platforms and SEO. - Brief a delivery team clearly enough that things actually get built right. Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; solid knowledge of modern web platforms is the minimum. Qualifications - 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role. - A proven track record managing retainer accounts, not just projects, with the ability to grow relationships over time. - Commercially sharp, with a clear instinct for upsell and expansion opportunities. - Technically credible in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital strategy. - Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder across client and internal stakeholders. - Calm and structured when priorities shift, with the ability to manage multiple accounts without things slipping. - Experienced across tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms. - Webflow experience is a significant advantage. - Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). • Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch. • Implement the Lumous framework to build scalable, maintainable, and modular Webflow sites. • Architect CMS collections, dynamic content, and workflows for large-scale projects. • Ensure sites meet enterprise-grade requirements for accessibility, performance, and security. • Collaborate with design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into robust Webflow solutions. • Optimize for technical SEO, site speed, and cross-browser responsiveness. • Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and team-wide development guidelines. • Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership.
