Corporate CDI Market Manager

• Manages and/or participates in Clinical Documentation related projects. • Responsible for all related management aspects of the Market CDI program. • Oversees internal projects to ensure provision of timely, accurate, and compliant recommendations. • Supervises, coaches, evaluates, and counsels Clinical Documentation Specialists. • Responsible for improving overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation. • Facilitates interactions with physicians or medical staff departments to ensure completeness.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, AHIMA accredited school, United States, or International School of Medicine.
  • 5+ years in healthcare related field with strong clinical expertise and acumen.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 50% is required. Selected candidates will be required to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, HIM, or healthcare related field.
  • Previous leadership experience with demonstrated ability to work effectively in time sensitive environment across multiple levels of the organization.
  • CCDS or CDIP, CCS.
