IDMWORKS
• Responsible for supporting the growth and success of the company by driving sales thru acquiring new clients. • Fostering and managing relationships with existing clients and increasing sales revenue. • Focuses on building, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and selling our value proposition to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Direct sales experience with an expertise in one or multiple domains of Identity and Access Management including, but not limited to, Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, Certification and Attestation, Privileged Access Management, Workforce Access Management, and Consumer Identity Access Management.
- Proven above quota performance in a direct sales capacity in one or more of the Identity Management domains listed above.
- Experience in coordinating matrix-based organizations to effectively address customer business problems and generate new sales opportunities.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers demonstrated by closed opportunities, follow-on engagements and renewals.
- Act in a leadership capacity for team members within the assigned territory.
- Experience in maintaining many parallel initiatives across several different clients and partners.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers • Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp • Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads • Present and position Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to prospective clients • Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business • Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets
• Driving new Provider sales and managing a book of business consisting of Redox’s top priority Provider accounts, executing expansion opportunities to grow each account by 40%. • Research, develop, and qualify opportunities for targeted prospective Provider organizations • Execute renewal and expansion opportunities on the customer’s renewal cycle as well as throughout the contract term. • Research and identify growth opportunities with customers. • Execute sales of Redox to other product lines, divisions, and/or companies within our customers. • Build relationships with our existing customers, understand and execute on their growth plans. • Identify key executives at current customers and conduct research for a well-informed initial contact. • Develop strong rapport with executives to contribute to the overall success of our business partnerships and enhance collaboration for mutual growth. • Manage the entire sales cycle, negotiate, and close upsell opportunities. • Schedule and present effective sales presentations. • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs. • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results.
