Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep experience as a full-stack engineer with substantial backend depth using Ruby on Rails
- Ability to engage credibly with frontend work in React
- Confidence to put your opinion on the table and engage in architectural debate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A deep foundation in computer science
- Dedication to maintaining documentation
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A track record of mentorship and raising the technical bar
