Senior Product Manager, Enterprise
Spellbook
• Define and drive the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap — balancing the needs of large, sophisticated customers with Spellbook's broader mission and business goals. • Collaborate with engineering and design to build and scale features purpose-built for enterprise environments, including admin controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations. • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas — from IT and procurement to managing partners and in-house legal leads — and translate their needs into product decisions. • Partner closely with enterprise sales, forward deployed engineering, and customer success to support complex deal cycles, onboarding, and long-term account expansion. • Manage and prioritize Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements, balancing the need to unblock critical custom deals with capturing and driving value back into the core product roadmap. • Define and own enterprise-specific success metrics, including adoption, retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-value, and use data to continuously refine the roadmap. • Manage enterprise customer feedback loops, including executive business reviews, design partnerships, and beta programs with key accounts. • Other responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of building enterprise-grade product capabilities and compliance — such as SSO/SAML, data residency, role-based access controls, audit logging, or enterprise API integrations.
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and working alongside sales and solutions teams to influence deals through product strategy.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, security, and compliance requirements, and how they shape product development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders, enterprise buyers, and technical teams alike.
- Skilled at leveraging data and customer insight to prioritize in an environment where enterprise needs can be vocal and varied.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.

MarqetaYou see a card. We see endless possibilities.™
Role Description We're looking for a Lead Product Manager, Enterprise AI and Automation to define how Marqeta identifies, governs, and scales AI and automation across the organization, focusing on the internal enterprise platform and employee-facing tooling to drive value across Marqeta’s internal operations and employee experience. You'll collaboratively design the AI vision for the enterprise, partner to build the governance and adoption frameworks that make it real, and work hands-on to evaluate tools, run pilots, and drive measurable business value. You'll partner closely with business unit leaders, the AI Steering Committee, and BT engineering to ensure AI initiatives are prioritized against the highest-impact problems — and that what gets built is driven to adoption. This is not a research role or a strategy-only role. The right person is equally comfortable presenting an AI governance framework to the executive team and rolling up their sleeves to configure an agent, evaluate a vendor, or run a pilot with a business unit. We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. We’d love for you to join us! Qualifications - 7+ years in IT product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or emerging technology products. - A genuine understanding of AI capabilities — summarization, classification, generation, agentic workflows — and the ability to translate that into business strategy and concrete use cases. - Experience building internal-facing enterprise AI systems or platforms; you think in systems and adoption curves, not just features. - Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, defects, and enhancement roadmaps for enterprise applications or internal platforms. - Strong prioritization instincts and the ability to make hard calls about what matters most in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority — across business units, finance, legal, and security stakeholders. - Comfort operating hands-on with AI tooling. - Experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms (e.g., Workato, or similar) is a strong plus. - Change management experience — you know how to drive adoption, not just deployment. - Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred. Requirements - Collaboratively define Marqeta's Enterprise AI & automation strategy, including responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and a multi-quarter adoption roadmap. - Partner across the business to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases for each business unit. - Map how work flows across the enterprise to identify where AI can deliver step-change improvements. - Define functional and technical requirements (FRD/TRD) for all internal AI/automation platforms. - Design and lead the Plan and Commit process with business stakeholders for AI and automation technology requests. - Conduct feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis for proposed AI initiatives. - Oversee QA and UAT processes to ensure systems meet business requirements before deployment. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and conduct pilots to validate applicability and business value before committing to scale. - Own and execute the Enterprise AI rollout plan in partnership with Corporate Communications and Learning and Development. - Design and own the Enterprise AI metrics framework; measure, report, and continuously improve the quantifiable business value delivered by the AI program. Benefits - Multiple health insurance options. - Flexible vacation time. - Retirement savings program with company contribution. - Equity in a publicly-traded company. - Monthly stipend to support our remote work model. - Annual “development dollars” to support our people growth and development. - Family-forming benefits and up to 20 weeks of Parental Leave.
