• Manage the end-to-end enrollment, renewal, and annual Open Enrollment execution for benefit programs across the AMS region, ensuring seamless system testing and data accuracy with payroll and third-party vendors • Guarantee full regulatory compliance for all regional benefit plans, driving required filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing while aligning with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, and international statutory requirements • Analyze plan utilization, benefits spend, and market trends to generate regular or ad-hoc reports for Finance and HR leadership that drive strategic plan design changes and cost-savings initiatives • Serve as the primary, high-accountability partner for benefit brokers, international insurance carriers, and third-party vendors to closely monitor performance and rapidly resolve operational escalations • Act as the regional subject matter expert to resolve complex employee inquiries and design clear, engaging communications for new hires, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits initiatives
Job Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration with deep operational knowledge of benefits-related laws such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
- 2 years of experience in a professional role requiring structured project management execution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to audit complex datasets alongside hands-on experience navigating and managing modern HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or UKG
