• Develop and implement strategies within Enterprise Accounts that align with the organization's overall objectives. This involves setting goals, targets, and performance metrics for the department. • Manage and provide leadership to a team of Enterprise Account Executives within the region. This may include hiring, training, and performance evaluations. • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all business activities, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. • Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets. • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the organization's presence. This may involve market analysis, competitor research, and partnership development. • Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers, clients, and partners. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance, challenges, and opportunities within the segment. • Identify and mitigate potential risks, including financial, operational, and legal risks. • Set performance targets and standards, regularly assess progress, and implement necessary improvements. • Address and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes that may arise.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field, or equivalent years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of recent experience in the automotive industry
- 3+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
